I have spent an unusual amount of time sitting and listening to people talk lately. Here's what I did the last 2 days:
Sunday
Church (2 hours)
Fiddler on the Roof (3 hours)
Church (1 hour)
Monday
Neverending meeting (9 hours)
I think I should get a medal for patience!!

I just bought a book "Stretching Anatomy" that shows all these stretching exercises. I'm going to try some of them out during my next long meeting.
